“Very good room for the price for sure. Couldn’t give five stars though because some bugs in the room.”

“Room clean, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast could have a little more variety.”

“Very clean, friendly staff, very good food, would definitely stay there again.”

“Adorable little out-of-the-way resort with heated indoor pool and hot tub. Our apartment had an upstairs in a downstairs with a full kitchen and two spacious bedrooms, each with their own full bath. We even had a hot tub and a sauna! Super clean and super adorable. Perfect for visiting our daughter at Binghamton University. It was a little out-of-the-way, but well worth the travel.”

“Host was very nice and informative. The room was nice, cozy and had all the necessary essentials. The only thing missing was a ceiling fan to move the air around. ”

“Great”

“This is a very clean and cozy house in the hills of Pennsylvania. Everything is as described. It is down a dirt road so you car will get dirty. It is a nice place if you are looking for peace and quiet. The only suggestion I would make is to put an identification make by the road since you cannot see the house. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.”

“Nice place. Met are needs. Staircase/second floor access was a “little” problematic. (Steep staircase) Will stay again if we need overflow space like this year”

“We enjoyed our stay for a wedding nearby. As others mentioned, the property could likely use a deep cleaning but we brought our own towels, sheets, blankets. The space was great for us and our dogs! We loved it and would book again. Thank you !”

“Diamond in the rough!!! Excellent ”

“All very clean and experienced no troubles”

“This is a great place for a fly fisherman or anyone looking for a getaway. If you are a fisherman it’s an amazing spot. Easy access to the river, when I arrived there were at least 50 fish rising. The place is clean, private w rv connections. Level. WiFi works great, also a Starlink works well. You can walk 1/2 mile to a decent restaurant and Flyshop. Host is easy to work with, entry to property is easy. Great firepit on the river. Definitely will stay again.”

“Absolutely beautiful! We went away for a quiet, long weekend, and it was fantastic! I cant say enough about our stay. Gorgeous mountain views, hosts were amazing, and the house was perfect. We loved every minute of it. Highly recommend staying here!”

“Very close to Elk! Fulky stocked kitchen and lovely property!”

“Beautiful home, beautiful location, super peaceful. Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend!”

“Communication was fantastic with the host, the home was clean, and the access to two bathrooms in the house was very convenient. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.”

“A beautiful and relaxing week in an amazing setting.”
